Kerinda Ibbotson
Group Chairwoman
Kerinda began her retail career with B&Q in 1996, building deep, practical expertise in Audit and Loss Prevention. She joined ORIS in 2005 and co-founded ORIS Forums in 2006, helping establish a platform now trusted by industry leaders.
As Group Chairwoman, Kerinda leads with a clear commercial focus – driving growth, shaping strategy, and ensuring ORIS delivers tangible value.
Her approach is straightforward: challenge outdated thinking, build strong partnerships, and deliver outcomes clients can measure.
Outside of work, Kerinda has a number of other business interests and is a busy mum of five who thrives on staying active and making the most of everyday moments. She has a passion for photography, loves keeping fit, and enjoys long walks with her two dogs.

Louise Kadege
Chief Executive Officer
Louise is CEO of ORIS, bringing over 24 years’ experience in the loss prevention and security sector. Since joining in 2011, she has played a central role in scaling the business and strengthening its position as a trusted industry partner.
With a background in marketing and communications, Louise focuses on strategic growth, brand clarity, and customer engagement – ensuring every interaction delivers value. She leads with integrity and transparency, building long-term partnerships based on trust, consistency, and results.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys swimming and has a great sense of humour, particularly when it comes to practical jokes.

Sarah Bird
Partnerships & Events Manager
Sarah leads ORIS-CON, delivering a high-value, industry-leading event for the retail loss prevention and security community.
With 19 years’ experience across the risk landscape, she brings a strong background in offender management, risk strategy and industry collaboration, working closely with retailers, law enforcement and partners to address complex challenges and drive more effective responses.
Sarah specialises in creating environments where the right people connect and real business gets done – designing events that move beyond traditional formats to deliver genuine engagement, meaningful connections and clear return on investment.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys art, music, hiking with the dog, cooking, and spending time with her family.

John Wilson
Head of External Affairs
John is Head of External Affairs for ORIS Forums and Executive Editor of Loss Prevention Magazine Europe. With a background in Law and Criminology and 15 years in journalism, he brings both industry insight and editorial authority.
Over 20 years with ORIS, John has helped build a trusted platform for knowledge-sharing and professional connection. His work ensures clients and partners are part of a credible, informed, and influential industry network.
Outside of work, John is a devoted Archers fan and jokes that he’d happily relocate to Ambridge to work at Radio Borsetshire.

Wendy Gray
Finance & Administration Manager
Wendy is Finance & Administration Manager at ORIS, responsible for the operational backbone of the business. She oversees all financial and administrative functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a consistently high standard of service.
Her work underpins the trust ORIS builds with its clients – delivering reliability, attention to detail, and the confidence that everything runs as it should.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two young granddaughters and her dogs, which keeps her happily busy.

Jo Day
Director of Business Development & Training – WZ
Jo is Director of Business Development & Training at ORIS, with over 26 years’ experience in security and loss prevention. She partners with organisations to strengthen investigative capability and improve decision-making through the Wicklander-Zulawski non-confrontational method.
Her focus is on practical delivery and measurable impact—equipping teams with the skills to handle risk effectively, ethically, and with confidence.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys Pilates, walking and travel, often bringing her watercolour paints along to capture the moment..
